The hotel facilities were top-notch, with stylish and themed rooms that gave a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff, especially the owner Ivan, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Ivan's fluency in English made communication a breeze, and he went above and beyond to recommend the best places to eat and even organized transportation for us. Additionally, the proximity to Taroko National Park was a major plus as it allowed for easy access to explore this natural wonder.

We appreciated service and the comfort, this hotel had everything we need. Anna Coffee served dishes within 900 feet off the venue. Fine base for city break in Hualien City. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly;)))
